Belmont Stakes Dinner Menu and Belmont Stakes Table Setting

With all of the excitement of the Kentucky Derby and the Preakness - we were having people for dinner with a Belmont Stakes twist - obviously we were going with a New York menu - however we do not eat duck and Manhattan clam chowder is not a favorite - this menu is still a work in progress.
